The sturgeon harvest on Lake Winnebago totaled 23 fish on Friday, according to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
That compares to 31 fish on Thursday.
Only one of the sturgeon exceeded 100 pounds. It weighed 138 pounds and measured 76 inches long and was registered by Zachary Rauls, of Fond du Lac.
The Lake Winnebago harvest now stands at 597 sturgeon, with two days left in the spearing season. Another 297 sturgeon were taken from the upriver lakes, bring the season total to 894 systemwide.
