SANIBEL: Norm Zeigler's Fly, Bait & Tackle Shop on Periwinkle Way reports good fishing for early risers working the bayside waters of Blind Pass, where the bite has been spread equally among snook to 22 inches, reds to 18 inches, plus nice size trout. At the other end of the island, some pier fishermen have been catching a few sheepshead, and snook have been cruising, but not biting along the same shoreline.
